The Hondius cruise ship is expected to anchor in the coming hours near the dock of Granadilla de Abona port in Tenerife, where its passengers will be transferred by small boats for immediate repatriation.

Televisión Canaria has set up a live broadcast from the port of Granadilla de Abona, Tenerife, in anticipation of the Hondius vessel's arrival. Authorities have confirmed that the ship will not dock directly but will anchor in the southern part of the island.
Once anchored, the cruise passengers will be transported ashore using small boats. From the port of Granadilla, their transfer will be arranged via special buses, known as “bubble buses,” directly to the aircraft that will take them back to their home countries.
