Created for unconventional spaces, the piece 'Selva' explores the play of relationships as a large choreographic ecosystem. Three performers intertwine, observe, and transform themselves, driven by the demand to be something or someone at every moment. Limbs and torsos cross for the sheer pleasure of dancing and for the evidence of differences: one's own and those that emerge in relation to others.
The work constructs a physical and visual landscape where nature, geography, and climate—as forces that define horizons—dialogue with human fragility. A poetic journey that invites a multi-layered perspective and the inhabitation of movement diversity.
The performance will take place at Plaza de Canarias, located in the central area of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, between the shopping center El Muelle and Mesa y López avenue. This space, which has hosted various events and festivities, will become the stage for this choreographic exploration.
The event is scheduled for Sunday, September 20th, from 13:30 to 14:00, as part of the performing arts and dance objectives.
