The action aims to ensure the safety of pedestrians and drivers, while also reducing the risk of fires during the high-danger season. Work is focused on Camino Real de Portada Verde, Carretera de Hoya Bravo, Camino a Gargujo, Cruz de Morales, Camino El Ancón, and Camino El Cortijo.
Tasks include removing invasive weeds, clearing shoulders, and pruning branches that obstruct visibility. The project also covers the management of plant waste through an authorized handler to ensure the roads are left in optimal conditions.
In parallel, the local government is processing a long-term maintenance contract for non-urban paved roads. This project, with an estimated value of 533,246.36 euros, has a two-year duration extendable by another two, aiming to guarantee the continuity of these preventive maintenance tasks.
