This new cultural facility, honoring the Gran Canarian painter Jesús Arencibia, features six distinct areas spread across three floors. It includes classrooms, spaces for music, workshops, talks, an auditorium with a capacity of 345 people, a youth area with a library (reading room, study zone, and group work rooms), and a multipurpose exhibition hall. The venue launches with an active program offering diverse proposals to the local community.
