The fair, organized by the El Rosario City Council with sponsorship from the Government of the Canary Islands and the Cabildo of Tenerife, will take place between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM, offering a wide variety of food stalls and a prominent area for local agri-food products.
Among the culinary highlights is the 'show cooking' by Panadería Pastelería Zulay, recognized with the second Estrella Dir Informática de la Panadería Española. The musical lineup will feature performances by Macacos, Xenials, and Ni 1 pelo de Tonto.
The event will also include tastings of Canarian products (gofio, honeys, cider, cheeses, wine) and the third edition of the “Raíces” tapas competition, which awards the best tapa made with local produce. The organization expects to surpass last year's participation, promoting identity, sustainability, and economic development through local products.
Additionally, there will be a children's play area with cooking workshops, free tapas sponsored by Egatesa, and the 'Tardeo' with live music from Sergio Melián, Guachipandixie, and Ángel Truss. Latin and flamenco dance exhibitions will be featured, along with a Market Zone for local SMEs and businesses.
The day will be complemented by the seventh Citizen Participation Conference, dessert and potato omelet contests, live community radio programs, and a Violet Point from the Equality department.
