This Friday, the Canary Islands will experience cloudy skies in the north with possible drizzles, while other areas will see partly cloudy conditions and winds reaching up to 70 km/h in exposed locations.

The State Meteorological Agency (AEMET) has reported that the forecast for this Friday in the Canary Islands indicates cloudy skies in the northern region, with a possibility of drizzles, particularly in the northeast. The rest of the archipelago is expected to have partly cloudy skies, with occasional intervals in the south and west.
Minimum temperatures will remain largely unchanged, while maximum temperatures will see a moderate decrease. Thermometers are expected to range between a high of 25 degrees Celsius in Tenerife and a low of 14 degrees Celsius on the island of El Hierro.
Winds will blow from the northeast with moderate intensity, strengthening in exposed areas of the peaks and slopes, as well as in the westernmost part and the southeastern facade of the metropolitan area of Tenerife. Very strong gusts of up to 70 km/h are expected during the early morning, becoming less probable and occasional later in the day.
In the province of Las Palmas, cloudy skies are predicted for northern Gran Canaria with possible drizzles, clearing somewhat in the afternoon. Lanzarote and Fuerteventura will predominantly have cloudy skies with a low chance of occasional drizzles, tending towards cloudy intervals in the north and west during the afternoon.
Minimum temperatures in the province of Las Palmas are expected to be unchanged or slightly lower, with maximum temperatures seeing a slight to moderate decrease. In Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, thermometers will range between a high of 21 degrees Celsius and a low of 19 degrees Celsius.
Winds in this province will be moderate from the northeast, with strong intervals in exposed areas of the southeastern and western slopes, and on the peaks, where very strong gusts of up to 70 km/h are also probable during the early morning.
