Two new parking spaces are now available in Vega de San Mateo after being prepared and opened for public use. These areas are located in La Veguetilla, at the entrance of the town, and on the road leading to Avenida Tinamar, opposite the Civil Guard barracks.
Together, these two areas add a total of 3,135 m² of parking space. This expansion aims to significantly increase the available zones for residents, visitors, and to make access to the town center more convenient, especially during periods of high activity.
This initiative aligns with the municipal commitment to continuously seek solutions that improve mobility and parking in San Mateo. All parking locations can be found on the map and photographs accompanying the original publication.
The City Council expressed gratitude for the cooperation and land cession from the property owners, whose willingness made it possible to provide these grounds for the community.
