The improvement and refurbishment works at El Pozo de Las Calcosas are continuing to be executed according to the planned deadlines. This action is considered strategic for the conservation and enhancement of one of the most emblematic heritage and tourist enclaves in the municipality of Valverde.
In parallel, the Government of the Canary Islands, through the Ministry of Tourism, is already processing the subsidy intended to finance this action. However, the Valverde City Council continues to await the approved financial commitment for this project from the El Hierro Council.
