Furthermore, they regret that, despite the precautionary measures adopted by the Cabildo of Fuerteventura to protect the house, its immediate surroundings, and the subsoil, the institution is not formally involved or directly intervening to defend its own precautionary measures before the judicial body.
Therefore, they reiterate the request to the Demarcación de Costas to await the judicial resolution of the appeal before carrying out any action.
