Over the next few weeks, participants will stay active and aim to make physical exercise a healthy habit, adapting the challenge to their own capabilities. The initiative, organized by Nasara Retos Deportivos, stands out for its inclusive nature, specifically designed to offer a first push to those who need motivation to incorporate physical activity into their routine.
José González, founder of Nasara, explains that the organization's philosophy is to promote "physical exercise without competition, but rather that each person, so to speak, competes against themselves".
Recently, José González visited the La Guancha City Council to present an institutional token as part of the "Nasara Municipalities" network, recognizing the council's commitment to promoting healthy lifestyles. The mayor, Alejandro Herrera, and the Councilor Delegate for Sports, Jésica González, received this recognition.
The Sports Department of the La Guancha City Council has thanked Nasara Retos Deportivos for their commitment to sports practice and healthy habits in the town.
Furthermore, it is reminded that among all registered participants who complete the challenge, there will be a raffle for 3 vouchers of 50 euros, redeemable at shops in La Guancha.
