A total of five million Once lottery tickets will promote the image of Matagorda beach, located in the town of Tías, Lanzarote, across Spain. This ticket is part of the 'Flagged Beaches' series, which aims to showcase beaches recognized with the Blue Flag award.
Matagorda beach is one of the most important in the tourist enclave of Puerto del Carmen. Situated in the southern part of the island, within the municipality of Tías, this beach is 800 meters long and is characterized by its tranquility, with sandy areas and a marshland zone.
The Once's 'Flagged Beaches' series aims to highlight the two beaches in each province that have most frequently received the Blue Flag classification in recent years. This initiative began in 2025.
