The Management of Health Services of the Lanzarote Health Area, under the Canary Islands Government's Ministry of Health, has initiated the tender process for the execution of works aimed at regularizing and unifying the fire protection installations (PCI) of the Doctor José Molina Orosa University Hospital. The base budget for these works amounts to 1,947,742.39 euros.
The procurement procedure will be carried out through an open, simplified public tender with ordinary processing. Interested companies have until next Friday, October 9, at 11:59 PM, to submit their offers.
The project's main objective is to adapt the hospital's PCI installations to current regulations, improve their functionality, and ensure their correct operation. The work will be carried out in phases, with a maximum timeframe of 30 months for its complete execution.
This initiative stems from the proposal by the Management's Service of Engineering, Maintenance, and Works to update and reinforce the safety of the hospital's infrastructure.
