Barlovento organizes course on handling dangerous machinery

The Barlovento City Council will offer a training course on handling dangerous machinery, such as chainsaws and brush cutters, from September 15th to 18th.

The municipality of Barlovento has announced the organization of a course focused on the handling of dangerous machinery, aimed at all those interested in learning to operate chainsaws and brush cutters. The event will take place between September 15th and 18th.
The training will have a total duration of 20 in-person hours. Sessions will be held in the morning, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and will take place in the classroom of the Employment Training Program in Alternation with Gardening Employment.
Due to the nature of the course, spots are limited. Interested individuals can register in person at the office of the Local Employment and Development Agency of Barlovento. Alternatively, they can contact by phone at +34 922 18 60 02, dialing extensions 9 or 1.
The cost of the training varies based on residency. For residents of Barlovento, the price will be 30 euros. For those not registered in the municipality, the fee will be 50 euros.
