Following the closure of registration, a total of sixteen contestants will take the stage at Plaza de Santiago for the 'Voces de Gáldar' 2026 gala. The event, organized by the Department of Culture and Festivities of the Gáldar City Council, is part of the 544th Fiestas Mayores de Santiago and aims to showcase the municipality's musical talent.
This municipal initiative supports local artists, awarding a prize of 3,000 euros to the winner. The selection process will involve two juries with equal weighted votes: a technical jury of three experienced music professionals and a popular jury who can vote via the City Council's mobile app, available at galdar.es/app-movil.
Each participant will have a maximum of five minutes to perform their chosen song and aim to become the new 'Voice of Gáldar'. The gala will also feature a performance by Isabel Díaz Cruz, last year's winner.

Beéle); Mishel Palencia Pérez – Pa’ dónde se fue (Mon Laferte); Amanda Velasco Díaz – Hoy tengo ganas de ti (Alejandro Fernández); Beatriz Díaz Díaz – Rolling in the Deep (Adele); Luis Ernesto Almanza Puerto – El Rey (Vicente Fernández); Amaia Quintana Ramos – Parte de tu mundo (La Sirenita); Enzo Quintana Ramos – Voy a ser el Rey León (El Rey León); Valeria Medina Díaz – Blanco y Negro (Malú); Martina Medina Díaz – Más que soñar (Cenicienta); Yanely Godoy Santana – Cuando mi vida va a comenzar (Enredados); Ayleen Alemán Rodríguez – ¡Suéltalo! (Frozen); Roselyn Daniela Pernía Pérez – Bajo el mar (La Sirenita); Alexander Castro Reguera – Aquí me tienes (Miki Martz); Dylan Castro Reguera – Alfa y Omega (Eco Eterno); Sonia Isabel Ramos Machín – No callaré (Nikki García); and Natalia Castellano Estupiñán – 90 minutos (India Martínez). Rita Nayara Talavera Santana will perform outside the competition with the song Tattoo (Loreen).
