The Educational and Social Association Tagoror Ajei has launched a new free cognitive stimulation workshop for seniors in Gáldar, aiming to promote active aging and emotional well-being.

The workshop, titled "Train Your Memory and Concentration," aims to foster the maintenance of cognitive abilities through dynamic and adapted activities. Sessions will focus on working on memory, attention, concentration, reasoning, problem-solving, reading, and comprehension, as well as promoting communication and social relationships among participants.
The activities will take place on September 15, 22, and 29, at 10:00 AM, at the Amagro Neighbors Association in Barrial. This initiative is supported by the Gáldar City Council, through the Mayor's Department.
Tagoror Ajei emphasizes the importance of creating spaces for seniors that not only stimulate their abilities but also allow them to learn, socialize, and enjoy themselves, thereby improving their quality of life. The association encourages interested individuals to register.
Places are limited, and prior registration via WhatsApp to 614 755 325 is required. This activity is part of the "Contigo" project by AES Tagoror Ajei, subsidized by the Government of the Canary Islands.
