The Gáldar Municipal Library will host the ‘Introduction to Theater Writing’ workshop on September 23, 24, and 25, a training initiative to approach theatrical creation.

The workshop, led by playwright Luis O’Malley, will offer participants an initial approach to the theatrical creation process. Over three sessions, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, participants will explore fundamental elements of dramaturgy such as character creation, conflicts, and scene construction.
This initiative is designed as a space for initiation and creative exploration, aimed at those who wish to learn the basic tools for developing their own theatrical stories and experiment with writing.
The workshop is promoted by the Ministry of Culture, the Cabildo of Gran Canaria, and the Gáldar City Council, in collaboration with 2RC Teatro. It also has the support of the Teatro Cuyás, the SGAE Foundation, and the ICDC.
Interested individuals can find all information and register through the Canarias Escribe Teatro website.
