The Gran Día fair, promoted by the Gran Canaria Council and organized by Infecar, will be held at the Agüimes Fairgrounds, located at Cruce de Arinaga, on September 19 and 20. The event will bring together 66 exhibitors from the celebration sector.
As a main novelty, the fair will host a royal wedding for the first time, with the participation of several exhibitors in its organization. The event's presentation included remarks from the island's Minister of Economic Development, Industry, Trade, and Crafts, Minerva Alonso, the mayor of Agüimes, Óscar Hernández, and the corporate director of MICE at Lopesan, Abraham Martínez.
Attendees can find a wide range of services, including bridal fashion, wedding planners, photography, catering, pastry, hairdressing, beauty, accessories, sound, and lighting. The companies will be distributed across three areas: exhibition, catwalk, and restoration.
The fair's program includes talks, round tables, musical performances, and activities. On Saturday, September 19, the sessions will focus on the economics of celebrations, planning, and travel, with performances by Fijo Discontinuo and Plátano Swing. On Sunday, September 20, topics such as stress management and trends in fashion and beauty will be addressed, with performances by Aseres and DJ Álamo.
Gran Día will open its doors on Saturday, September 19, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on Sunday, September 20, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Admission will be free, and full information is available on the fair's website, [feriagrandia.es](http://feriagrandia.es).
