The program, spanning both days, includes a diverse range of leisure activities combining gastronomy with local culture. Visitors can enjoy food stalls, product sales, theater, and various musical performances in a pedestrian-friendly environment.
The official opening will take place on Friday at 5:00 PM, followed by an afternoon featuring live cooking demonstrations and a performance by the group Los Faycanes at 6:00 PM. Commercial and dining stalls will remain open until 10:00 PM.
On Saturday, the fair will extend its hours from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The schedule includes talks on healthy cooking, children's workshops, and further live cooking sessions. Musical entertainment will feature Achimencey at 12:30 PM and a closing performance by NorthwayDrive at 8:30 PM, alongside a scheduled theater play in the afternoon.
