The Polvorín de Taco in La Laguna is set to host the first edition of Vinopop in Tenerife on May 23rd. This event, organized by Moon World with support from the La Laguna City Council, aims to merge wine culture with live music, creating a unique sensory experience.
Vinopop will feature an original format including high-quality wine tastings, local gastronomy, and a music lineup focused on Spanish pop. The event will showcase artists such as Café Quijano, Tennesse, and Da Igual, alongside tribute shows to Estopa and Joaquín Sabina.
Café Quijano will bring their signature blend of Latin pop and bolero, while Tennesse will evoke 'doo-wop' and classic pop sounds. Da Igual will offer a contemporary proposal. The tributes to Estopa and Joaquín Sabina will allow the audience to relive their greatest hits.
Vinopop's gastronomic and enological offering will pair Canarian wines with selections from mainland wineries like Emilio Moro and Menade. This will be complemented by a variety of cheeses, gastronomy, and pastries from Gran Canaria.
The Polvorín de Taco venue will also host areas for shops, terraces, exhibitions, and live performances, fostering a dynamic atmosphere. Vinopop aims to establish itself as a key cultural and leisure event in the islands.
