The project, involving an investment of 895,324.96 euros, will focus on accessibility, infrastructure renewal, and modernization of beachfront services.
Key actions include improving beach access to resolve the existing level difference between the street and the beach area, repaving the entire coastline, resurfacing the street, and renewing the pavement of the sidewalk on La Piscina street.
The intervention also includes the incorporation of vegetation and new lighting, improvement of the drainage system on La Piscina street, and relocation of showers. Infrastructure such as supply and irrigation networks, sewage connections, low-voltage electrical installation, and telecommunications will be renewed.
The works will cover an approximate area of 2,600 square meters. The awarded company has a period of eight months to complete the construction after the contract is formalized.
This initiative is part of the City Council's ongoing efforts to improve and modernize public spaces within the municipality, aiming to renew the environment of Olegario Beach and enhance its accessibility, functionality, and service provision.
