The mobile documentation unit of the National Police will be located at the San Pedro tent, operating from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. A key novelty is that the renewed or newly issued document will be delivered on the spot.
Interested individuals must register at the Information Office of the City Council starting September 17, from Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM and 1:00 PM. A total of 26 numbers will be issued with assigned appointments.
For DNI issuance, citizens must provide a recent passport-style photo with a white background, without glasses, and showing the full face. A photo will not be required for loss, theft, or deterioration if the DNI is valid and expires in more than three months.
The fees are 12 Euros in cash for renewal and first issuance. Holders of a valid large family card are exempt from this fee. For first issuances, a specific Literal Birth Certificate for DNI (maximum 6 months old) and a Certificate or Certificate of Registration (maximum 3 months old) are also required.
If you wish to change your address on the DNI, you must present the Certificate or Certificate of Registration (maximum 3 months old), which also exempts you from the fee if the DNI is valid.
For Passport issuance, the applicant's valid DNI must be presented. A recent color passport-style photo is required, with a plain white background, taken from the front, without dark glasses or any garment that may obscure identification, clearly showing the facial oval. A photo will not be necessary if the DNI was obtained or renewed on the same day.
The fee for Passport issuance is 30 Euros in cash. Large family members with a valid card are exempt from this fee.
