The Telde City Council has preemptively cordoned off an area on the cliffs of Clavellinas, in Telde, after stones fell from an old retaining wall.

Municipal technicians are currently evaluating the extent of the damage to determine the necessary actions. These interventions will need to be coordinated with the Canary Islands Coastal Authority in the coming days, along with monitoring the affected area.
The Telde council has thanked the public for their cooperation and reminded them of the importance of respecting the installed signage while the area remains closed.
