Individuals residing in Canarias who are registered in the Economic Activities Tax (IAE) may apply for these grants. Legal entities are not included in this specific call. A technical commission will evaluate applications based on criteria of quality, viability, and the professional trajectory of the applicants.

To formalize the application through the electronic headquarters of the Government of Canarias, interested parties must submit a detailed execution timeline, a breakdown budget, the author's curriculum vitae, and supporting graphic material.
