The accident occurred at 10:21 AM on kilometer 12 of the GC-1, heading south. The impact between the two vehicles resulted in minor injuries for the car's driver, who was taken to the ICOD in Telde for medical assistance.
Despite the heavy vehicle carrying 70 butane gas cylinders, material damage was minimal, and no incidents related to the cargo were reported, according to information provided by the Guardia Civil.
Following the incident, the truck driver completed the necessary documentation and continued his journey. The crash caused some temporary traffic delays, but the disruption was short-lived.
