The fourth day of the Aguas de Teror Championship of Canarian Latin Sailing took place this Saturday in the bay of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, under stable wind conditions that allowed for a highly contested race.
Hospital La Paloma Pueblo Guanche was the standout performer, achieving the best time of the day with a record of 1:05:26. They surpassed Porteño Siscocan Cervezas Pio Pio (1:12:41) by a margin of 7 minutes and 15 seconds.
Another notable performance came from Villa de Agüimes Ybarra, helmed by Alejandro Rodríguez, which finished in 1:06:33 (including a penalty), ahead of Chacalote Comercial SanRob (1:08:58).
Disa Roque Nublo ULPGC defeated Villa de Teror Munchitos with a time of 1:07:09 compared to 1:09:25, while Spar Guerra del Río beat Unión San Cristóbal Restaurante Los Botes (1:08:47 versus 1:13:15).
Portuarios Puertos de Las Palmas continued to show its good form by winning against Minerva Idamar Atlantic (1:08:27 versus 1:11:54).
Next Sunday, the second day of the championship, previously postponed due to lack of wind, will be recovered.
