The Gran Canarian club announced that this will be the first preparation match during their stay on the Costa del Sol. The game is scheduled for 18:00 (Canary Islands time) at the La Quinta Football Center facilities.
The island squad will travel to Marbella on July 20th and will remain there until the 31st, combining daily training sessions with several friendly matches. These games will allow Rubén de la Barrera, the new coach, to fine-tune the team for the start of the next season in Segunda División.
Players are currently undergoing medical examinations this week, prior to the start of training next Monday, July 13th, at the UD Las Palmas Sports City in Barranco Seco.
