Ganache The Cake Boutique, located in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, is celebrating Canary Islands Day with a unique pastry offering. They have launched a limited collection of cakes paying tribute to the most emblematic flavors of the islands, available only until May 31st.

Among the creations are combinations such as gofio mousse with bienmesabe, mango and lime, cubanitos, and Canarian quesillo with cream and almond base. These artisanal cakes aim to blend local gastronomy with fine pastry-making.

The desserts are offered in individual mini formats and in versions weighing approximately 600 grams. The bakery advises that units are limited and recommends pre-ordering to ensure availability, especially in the days leading up to the holiday.

Ganache, which began in Gran Canaria as an artisanal workshop in 2015, has established itself in the capital of Gran Canaria. Its focus on artisanal production has gained a following, making it a must-visit sweet spot in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

The establishment, located at Calle Ferreras, 5, local 3, near the Las Canteras area, boasts a 4.6-star rating on Google. Its opening hours are Tuesdays from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Wednesdays to Sundays and holidays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. It is closed on Mondays.
