The initiative, aimed at promoting healthy habits and community solidarity, features 5-kilometer and 1.6-kilometer routes, alongside specific races for children up to 11 years old. The urban course passes through iconic locations such as Parque Romano and the Muelle Deportivo, making it accessible for families and runners of all levels.
Beyond the competition, the event maintains its educational focus. The day includes informative sessions on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) techniques and the use of defibrillators, aiming to provide citizens with essential knowledge to act during cardiovascular emergencies.
Organized by Arista Eventos and the Sociedad Canaria de Cardiología, the event is supported by the Municipal Institute for the Promotion of Physical Activity and Sports. Interested participants can register through the official event website.
