New sports center 'Impulso' opens in San Gregorio, Telde

The Mayor of Telde, Juan Antonio Peña, has visited the facilities of Impulso, a new sports training and physical rehabilitation center that has opened its doors in San Gregorio, strengthening the range of wellness and health services in the municipality.

The new center, spanning 180 square meters, aims to provide personalized support to people of all ages, adapting exercise to each user's needs and goals. It specializes in functional training, personal training, and physical rehabilitation, designing individualized programs and assisting in injury recovery.
The facilities include adapted bathrooms and changing rooms to ensure accessibility and comfort. Leading this new business venture is Néstor Báez, a graduate in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences with over seven years of experience in sports centers, including his role as a physical trainer for three seasons in the youth categories of UD Las Palmas.
During his visit, the mayor emphasized the importance of supporting young entrepreneurship in Telde. "Every new business that opens its doors in Telde represents an opportunity to continue growing our city and strengthening our commercial spaces," stated Peña, adding that "projects like Impulso... enrich the offerings of the San Gregorio area and demonstrate the talent and entrepreneurial capacity of our young people."
Impulso offers its services from Monday to Thursday between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM and from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM, and on Fridays from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM. For more information, their official Instagram profile is available: @impulso_telde.
