The properties, situated at numbers 26 and 32 of the aforementioned avenue, have starting prices of over 59,000 euros and over 101,500 euros, respectively. The deadline for submitting bids will be open until the first weekend of July.

The designated place for submitting proposals is the General Registry of the Port Authority of Las Palmas, in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, although other registries in accordance with Law 40/2015 will also be accepted.

A public event has been scheduled for the opening of bids ten business days after the submission period concludes, at 10:00 AM, in the auditorium of the Port Authority in the capital of Gran Canaria. However, changes may occur to hold the event in Arrecife.
