Gran Canaria-born Memphis Grizzlies player Santi Aldama visited the Spanish national football team at their Chattanooga base to offer his support ahead of their match against Saudi Arabia.

The basketball player, a key figure in the Memphis Grizzlies' rotations, shared a moment with the members of 'La Roja' led by Luis de la Fuente. During their interaction, Aldama particularly spoke with fellow islanders, footballer Yéremy Pino and the Tenerife-born Pedri González, wishing them success in the tournament's second matchday.
The Spanish national squad is preparing to play their second Group H match this Sunday at 5:00 PM against the Saudi Arabian team. The game will take place at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
