The exhibition, organized by the Department of Culture of the Telde City Council and the public company Gestel, offers a journey through a creative universe where art, love, spirituality, and nature intertwine to explore emotions, consciousness, and life experience.
Rachel AR, whose real name is Raquel Adán Rubio, views creation as a necessity and a tool for ordering thoughts and sharing her inner world. Her artistic trajectory is marked by sensitivity and personal exploration, intensifying from 2020 onwards as she began exploring consciousness and dreams through painting.
A graduate in Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona, specializing in Image and Artistic Education, the artist currently balances her teaching career with her work as a visual and digital artist.
‘Donde Nace la Luz’ is presented as an invitation to pause, observe, and connect with the most intimate dimension of emotions, as well as with the nature and environment that surrounds us.
The program will be complemented by two two-hour workshops, held at 6:00 PM on Friday, September 25th, and Wednesday, September 30th.
The exhibition can be visited in the hall of the Casas Consistoriales from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM on September 21st, 23rd, 25th, 28th, and 30th, and October 2nd and 5th.
The Telde City Council invites citizens to experience Rachel AR's work in this emblematic cultural heritage site.
