The project has a base tender budget of 779,707.34 euros, including IGIC, with an estimated execution period of three months. This intervention is part of a joint contract that includes the energy improvement of 89 public properties in five municipalities of Gran Canaria.
The overall contract, funded by European Next Generation EU funds, has a base tender budget of 1,990,782.82 euros before taxes and has been divided into five lots. In addition to the 25 homes in Santa Brígida, the project includes improvements in housing in Artenara (26), Valsequillo (20), Valleseco (10), and Gáldar (8).
Companies interested in participating in the tender can submit their offers until November 16, 2026, at 3:00 PM, through the Public Sector Contracting Platform.
