The Golf-Majadita-Cortijo 1 team, under the direction of Aridani Rivero, triumphed in the regional competition, achieving first place on the podium with eight points and a time of 210.87 seconds. The formation included Paola Falcón, riding Yartan de la Parra; Germán Suárez Cuyás, with Ipet LB; and José Antonio Herrera, with Arzel Kerfontaine.
Individual results also brought significant success for the representatives of the Telde club. In the pony category, María Rodríguez Saavedra, with Beijing D’ick, became the Canary Islands champion after finishing with eight accumulated points and completing the jump-off without penalties in 40.34 seconds. Her teammate Lucía Paetow Araña, riding Estrella, secured the runner-up position with eight points and a time of 44.78 seconds in the jump-off.
These results were complemented by the regional title won by Gabriel Alexander Morales Bermúdez in the young riders category, with Grupo Prom Jivaro, achieving an accumulated score of 26.33 seconds. The championship thus became a stage of excellent results for the equestrian representatives linked to Telde, with three titles or outstanding positions reflecting the municipality's presence in this equestrian discipline.
The councilor for Physical Activity and Sports of the Telde City Council, Cristhian Santana Caballero, congratulated the La Majadita Equestrian School, the technical team, and the athletes for their excellent results in the Canary Islands Championship, calling it "an extraordinary result" that recognizes the level of their riders and the important work of their support system.
