The Telde City Council has opened the application period for participation in the Craft Fair for the San Gregorio Taumaturgo 2026 festivals, which will take place on November 15th, 16th, and 17th.

The Telde City Council has opened the application period for participation in the Craft Fair for the San Gregorio Taumaturgo 2026 festivals. This event will bring together professionals from the sector in the San Gregorio square area. The Department of Festivals and Fairs, headed by Miguel Rodríguez, has approved the regulations for participation and the selection process for exhibitors.
A maximum of 11 stalls or stands will be authorized to offer a varied display of artisanal products, promote the presence of different crafts, and highlight creative work. The deadline for submitting applications is October 31st at 11:59 PM. Interested individuals can submit their requests through the General Registry of the Telde City Council, the municipal electronic headquarters, or any legally provided means for submitting documentation to public administrations.
The application must expressly identify the call as «Craft Fair at the San Gregorio 2026 Festivals» and be addressed to the Department of Festivals and Fairs. It must be accompanied by a completed general application form, a copy of the identification document when applicable, a brief description of the products intended for exhibition, and photographs of them or the stall. Certificates attesting to artisan status or membership in sector associations may also be provided.
The selection criteria are oriented towards ensuring diversity of offerings, artisanal quality, and balanced distribution of stalls. Priority will be given to artisans residing in Telde, who must prove this status with a certificate of registration or other valid official document. The organization will particularly value the variety, quality, and artisanal production of products, as well as proposals using traditional materials or non-industrial techniques. Spaces will also be reserved for the exhibition of artisanally produced food products.
When applications for identical or similar products are submitted, the order of receipt in the registry will be considered, in accordance with the established requirements and criteria. Generally, each applicant may obtain authorization for a single stall, unless vacancies remain after the procedure. The specific location of the stands will initially be determined by lottery, although the organization may make justified adjustments to avoid proximity between similar products and promote a more balanced distribution.
The Craft Fair will be held on November 15th, 16th, and 17th, 2026. The opening hours to the public will be: Sunday, November 15th, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM; Monday, November 16th, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM; and Tuesday, November 17th, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
The complete regulations can be consulted on the municipal website, www.telde.es, and on the City Council's notice board. For further information or to resolve doubts, the Department of Festivals and Fairs offers in-person assistance at the El Cubillo building, first floor, and via email at festejos@telde.es.
