According to a study commissioned by the City Council, the direct impact reached 3.04 million euros, while indirect and induced effects added another 2.67 million. The analysis, conducted by the Sociedad de Desarrollo, highlights that for every euro spent directly, 0.88 euros were generated in the local economy.
The average spending per attendee was 79.63 euros, primarily concentrated in the restaurant sector, which accounted for 1.11 million euros in the city. Accommodation and transport were other significant contributors to the economic activity during the day.
The vast majority of attendees, 89.4%, traveled to the capital specifically for the event. Regarding origin, 92% of visitors resided on the island of Tenerife, with a notable presence of citizens from Santa Cruz and La Laguna, as well as national and international visitors.
The organization of the event received positive feedback from the public regarding security and cleanliness. Furthermore, respondents noted that media exposure and external prestige were the most significant benefits for the city.
