The Cabildo de Tenerife and the Santa Cruz de Tenerife City Council have organized a public broadcast of the World Cup football semifinal this Tuesday at the Fairgrounds.

The sporting event, featuring Spain against France, will be broadcast live starting at 8:00 PM. The initiative will take place on the outdoor terrace of the facility, providing an open-air space for fans to gather.
Admission to the venue will be free and open to the public until capacity is reached. This effort aims to create a festive atmosphere for families and supporters wishing to cheer on the national team as they progress through the tournament.
The event coincides with the start of the TLP Tenerife 2026 festival, which marks its twentieth anniversary from July 14th to 19th. While the outdoor area of the Fairgrounds will be used for the match, the technology festival will have its own screens inside for registered participants.
The technical setup has been coordinated by several institutions, including the Tenerife Science and Technology Park, the Canarian Institute of Cultural Development, and the Club Deportivo Tenerife Foundation, aiming to provide a safe leisure alternative in the capital.
