The Mobility and Universal Accessibility department, led by Evelyn Alonso, in coordination with Metrotenerife and the Local Police, has announced that the left-hand uphill lane of Príncipes de España avenue will be closed. The closure will affect the section of the curve starting at the intersection with Domingo Salazar Cólogan street.
The traffic restriction will be in effect during nighttime hours, between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. The road will remain open during the day and throughout the weekend of June 6th and 7th. The right-hand uphill lane will remain open to traffic at all times.
These maintenance works will not impact the regular tram service, which will continue to operate normally according to its scheduled times and routes. No alterations are expected for the urban transport service of Titsa either.
The works are part of a series of actions by Metrotenerife in the municipality, which began last April 19th in the Puente Zurita area and subsequently moved to Cruz del Señor.
