The Breña Baja City Council has launched the 2026-2027 season of the 'Neurolimpiadas', a municipal initiative designed to promote the comprehensive health of its senior residents.

This innovative program integrates the development of cognitive capacity with physical exercise, creating an environment focused on the overall well-being and social coexistence of the participants.
Activities will take place at the facilities of the Sociedad Juventud Española, located in the San Antonio area. Sessions will be held every Tuesday and Thursday, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
During the sessions, seniors will perform specific cognitive stimulation exercises to enhance memory, attention, and motivation, as well as adapted physical activity routines to improve coordination and balance.
Through this project, the local government aims to foster socialization and active aging among the municipality's senior residents. For more information or inquiries, interested individuals can contact the Department of Seniors and Social Affairs of the Breña Baja City Council by phone.
