Homeopathy, considered an alternative medicine and an unconventional therapeutic method, enjoys significant acceptance in Spain, where one in four citizens uses it. Its practice in Europe dates back over 200 years, during which it has coexisted with conventional medicine and received institutional support in various countries.
Despite this popular acceptance, in Spain, since 2014, critical stances have emerged, diminishing institutional support for homeopathy, although its use among the population has remained constant.
The authors of this work, professionals with extensive experience in both traditional and homeopathic medicine, share their vision and knowledge with a broad audience, including healthcare professionals, patients, and anyone interested in the subject.
The book presentation, organized by the Procultura Siglo XXI Association, will take place at 7:00 PM and is supported by the Hermigua City Council and the Cabildo de La Gomera. Admission will be free until full capacity is reached.
