The new subsidy lines seek to facilitate the first indefinite contract and improve access to financing for business modernization. The +uno52 program focuses on the labor integration of people aged 52 or over, offering aid of 5,000 euros per full-time contract, a figure that can rise to 6,000 euros in municipalities with fewer than 10,000 inhabitants.
On the other hand, the interest rate subsidy is aimed at making financing for investment projects more affordable. This measure allows for better loan conditions for projects related to digitalization, machinery renewal, or facility improvements, with the subsidy applied for a maximum period of three years.
