This expansion responds to the growing demand for activities for the early stages of life, offering adapted spaces where art, music, literature, and play are key tools for the comprehensive development of the youngest. Both proposals will take place at the Museum of Contemporary Art.
“"Niñolandia is a project that has been running for some time and has been very well received by families, which has encouraged us to take a step further and incorporate Bebelandia, thus expanding the offer to also cater to the youngest."
The Councillor for Culture, Alberto Perdomo, highlighted that this expansion reinforces the municipal commitment to accessible culture from an early age, with activities designed not only for leisure but also with an educational and emotional focus that contributes to child development and the strengthening of family bonds.
The project is structured into two age-based lines: 'Bebelandia', aimed at babies from 0 to 36 months, and 'Niñolandia', oriented towards children from 3 to 9 years old, with specific programming adapted to each developmental stage.
The programming for 'Bebelandia and Niñolandia' will take place at the Museum of Contemporary Art over two days. On April 17, at 5:30 PM, 'Bebelandia' will feature “Traveling with rhythm and movement,” a sensory experience combining music, play, and movement for babies aged 10 to 36 months and their families. On April 18, from 11:00 AM, 'Niñolandia: Colors and Stories' will be held, including a creative paint-story workshop and the activity “Sung Stories,” as well as a reading space with the Bibliomóvil, offering a fun and participatory morning for children.
