The Antigua City Council presented the successful X Antigua Xtreme Race, held on Saturday, August 29th. The sporting event, celebrating its tenth anniversary, sold out its 150 available spots in just two hours after free registrations opened.
Mayor Juan Cabrera emphasized the event's significance within Antigua's festival program and thanked the organization for their work in ensuring the safe and friendly development of the race.
Cabrera also expressed gratitude for the collaboration from the sports department of the Cabildo of Fuerteventura, encouraging participants to enjoy the activity within the municipality.

Meanwhile, Antigua's Councilor for Sports, Alejandro García, detailed that the course spans five kilometers with over 30 obstacles, promising "mud and a lot of fun" along the route that starts from the Plaza and runs through the ravine.
