Firgas Celebrates World Tourism Day with Hiking, Gastronomy, and Music

The City Council is organizing a special event on September 19th at Plaza de San Roque with activities for all audiences.

The City Council of the Villa de Firgas commemorates World Tourism Day on September 19th with a day full of activities at Plaza de San Roque, combining nature, gastronomy, and music.

The celebration will kick off at 08:00 AM with a hiking route to enjoy the municipality's natural environment. Interested participants must pre-register via email at turismo@firgas.es or by calling 928 616 747.
Starting at 10:00 AM, gastronomy workshops for children will be offered, designed for families. Music will take center stage at 12:00 PM with a performance by Macaronesia, followed by Aseres at 1:30 PM, rounding off a morning of leisure and community.
Throughout the day, attendees can enjoy a food truck service. This initiative reinforces the Council's commitment to promoting Firgas's natural, tourist, cultural, and gastronomic resources, inviting residents and visitors to discover its attractions.
