Princess Leonor visited the municipality of Teror, in Gran Canaria, accompanied by her classmates from the 78th promotion of the General Air and Space Academy (AGA), participating as another ensign on an end-of-studies trip.

The heir to the throne made this visit discreetly, avoiding any official representation from the Royal Household. The group, consisting of 72 students and several professors, was received by the mayor of Teror, José Agustín Arencibia, along with the first deputy mayor, Sergio Nuez, and other municipal representatives.
During the day, Princess Leonor, accompanied by 57 male and fourteen female classmates from the military academy, toured the Basilica of Teror, observed the image of the Virgen del Pino, and took a guided tour of the town's historic center.
Following a meeting at the Casa Consistorial, where souvenirs were exchanged, the ensigns posed for a photograph in front of the Basilica del Pino and later undertook a guided tour of the temple's surroundings, organized by the Teror Tourist Information Office.
This stay is part of a tradition where different promotions from the military academy visit this municipality during their end-of-course trip to Gran Canaria, which takes place between June 14th and June 19th.
