The green and white team was welcomed at the Basilica by the parish priest Jorge Martín de la Coba. Also present were the mayor of Teror, José Agustín Arencibia; the Councilor for Sports, Moisés Rodríguez; and the first deputy mayor, Sergio Nuez. The municipal representatives conveyed words of gratitude for the gesture and best wishes for the new season in Preferente to the players and the club's board.
The Club's board expressed gratitude for the participation and collaboration of the municipal representatives in the event, as well as their support for the team. Recognition was also given to Floristería Lasso for their contribution to the floral arrangement offered to the Virgen del Pino.
