Firgas Tender for Municipal Building Works: 1.05 Million Euros

The City Council is launching a tender for two lots to renovate and condition the Town Hall and other municipal facilities.

The Ayuntamiento de Firgas has begun the tender process for works to condition and renovate the Town Hall and other municipal dependencies, with an estimated budget of 1,053,295.76 euros.

The council has divided the project into two lots. Lot No. 1 will focus on the conditioning of envelopes and general reforms, while Lot No. 2 will address the interior conditioning of the Town Hall and other dependencies. Both actions are part of the FDCAN (Canary Islands Development Fund).
The planned execution period for Lot No. 1 is 2 months, and for Lot No. 2, it is 6 months. Companies interested in participating in this simplified abbreviated tender process have until September 23, 2026, to submit their bids.
