Among the treated areas are the Sports Zone, El Retiro, Lomo Carbonero, and several educational centers such as CEIP La Lechuza, CEIP Profesor Rafael Gómez Santos, CEIP Aríñez, and CEIP Utiaca. Interventions have also taken place on Juan XXIII Street.
The council has established a communication channel for residents to report issues. Those who detect the presence of rats or cockroaches in other parts of the municipality can report it by sending an email to mreyes@vegadesanmateo.es. The message should include the precise location of the incident to facilitate prompt verification and action by municipal services.
