Construction work on the new Agricultural Market in Vega de San Mateo is continuing, with efforts currently focused on executing the foundations that will serve as the base for the future building's structure.
In this phase, three large foundation footings and their connecting beams have been concreted. These elements are crucial for ensuring the stability of the construction and will support the pillars to be erected later.
Additionally, the work includes the construction of a retaining wall on the right side of the plot, which is necessary to contain the terrain and adapt the space to the characteristics of the new building.
Once this phase is completed, construction can proceed with the execution of the pillars and subsequent structural elements of the building.
The Vega de San Mateo City Council emphasizes that each step brings closer the construction of a renewed space adapted to the needs of vendors and citizens, a project important for the present and future of the municipality.
