The Fuerteventura Chamber of Commerce has presented the diplomas for the drone pilot training course, covering categories A1/A3/A2 and STS. This educational initiative, part of the Talento Joven program, was provided free of charge to young unemployed individuals registered with the National Youth Guarantee System.
The primary goal of this training was to boost the professional skills of the participants and improve their chances of entering the labor market. Throughout the course, students acquired essential theoretical knowledge for the professional operation of drones, covering both open and specific STS categories.
Key topics covered in the training included applicable regulations for UAS (unmanned aircraft systems) operations, flight operational procedures, meteorology, flight performance, human factors, and risk mitigation measures.
